A USDA Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) site hosted at the Technical College High School (TCHS) Brandywine Campus, part of the Chester County Intermediate Unit. Free breakfast and lunch meals are served to children and teens 18 and under during the summer when school is out of session. No application or enrollment is required to receive meals. The CCIU Learning Center is operated by the Chester County Intermediate Unit and has been serving the community since 2013. It hosts a USDA Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) that provides free breakfast and lunch meals to children and teens 18 and under during the summer months. Meals are prepared by qualified child nutrition professionals and meet federal nutrition standards. The Learning Center also operates as an alternative education and vocational training facility during the school year.

H.B. duPont Middle School participates in the Red Clay Consolidated School District's USDA Summer Food Service Program, providing free breakfast and lunch meals to children during summer break. Meals follow USDA Dietary Guidelines and include a high-fiber grain, low-fat protein, fresh fruits and vegetables, and a dairy item. The program is open to all children ages 1 through 18 in the Red Clay community at no cost, with no registration or application required. Children enter through the school's main entrance to access meals.

Phoenixville Area Community Services (PACS) is a community-based organization dedicated to ensuring that everyone has access to nutritious food and essential resources. Our market operates as a choice food pantry, allowing guests to select the items that best meet their household's needs while preserving dignity and personal choice. We welcome all members of the community—no appointment or income verification is required to shop. In addition to pantry staples, our market offers fresh produce, dairy products, frozen meats, and other nutritious foods whenever available. Our caring staff and volunteers are committed to creating a warm, respectful, and welcoming environment for every guest who walks through our doors. PACS also partners with local businesses, farms, schools, faith communities, and volunteers to help fight food insecurity throughout the Greater Phoenixville area. Beyond food assistance, we connect guests with community resources and supportive services that promote long-term stability and well-being. Every visit to PACS is centered on compassion, respect, and the belief that no one should have to choose between paying bills and putting food on the table. We are proud to serve our neighbors and remain committed to building a stronger, healthier community together.
