A federally funded Summer Food Service Program site hosted at Golden Gate Childcare Development Center IV, a licensed childcare center operated by Golden Gate Inc., a South Jersey nonprofit that provides early childhood education and daycare. Free, ready-to-eat meals and snacks are served on site to children ages 18 and younger during the summer months when school is out, through a partnership with the Bridgeton Board of Education as the program sponsor. No registration, ID, or proof of income is required; any child who arrives during a posted meal window can eat. Operated under the New Jersey Department of Agriculture's summer nutrition initiative to bridge the meal gap for children who lose access to free school meals over the summer.
