Requirements
*IDENTIFICATION - One of the following for all members applying. License, Passport, Birth
Certificate(ONLY FOR KIDS APPLYING).
*INCOME - One of the following for adults applying. Paystubs (1 month), Letter from employer
should include: Name, Phone number, Salary, how many hours.
*ADDRESS - One of the following. Apartment lease, Letter from landlord, should include:
Landlord's name, phone number, how long tenant has been living there, rent amount.
*BILLS- Copies off: Water, electricity, gas, etc.
*SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER - For all members who have one and are applying.
*MIGRATION STATUS - Either Work permitted letter OR Residence card.
