To access the food pantry, register and order online through Met Council Marketplace (market.metcouncil.org). Once registered, log in to order items and choose a pick-up time during pantry hours. For members who are homebound or disabled, DoorDash delivery of food pantry orders is available. Pantry visits are limited to once per month, and clients must adhere to their scheduled appointment time for pickup. Please understand that no boxes will be held past your appointment date.

Our Lady of Miracles is a Roman Catholic parish in Canarsie, Brooklyn that operates a food pantry as part of the Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens (CCBQ) Food Pantry Network. The pantry provides grocery distributions to individuals and families in need on Saturday mornings. The parish welcomes people of all cultures, races, and creeds.

Clients must register separately at each Met Council location to receive food. Registration at one location is only valid there, so a new registration is required for every other location.

Faith‑based food pantry and soup kitchen operated by the East New York Church of God of Prophecy. Provides free groceries on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month, with an early distribution window for seniors and people with disabilities. Tickets are handed out before service; clients must bring their own bags. A seasonal Green Sidewalk Market offers fresh produce in the fall.

Remsen Church of God is a Pentecostal congregation that has served Brooklyn's Caribbean community for over fifty years through spiritual guidance and free food services. Under the leadership of Bishop Brugard and his wife, Pastor Reyette Brutus, the church provides food distributions featuring groceries, Caribbean/Jamaican food, drinks, sodas, and waters, as well as seasonal clothing support to neighboring residents.

The Jewish Community Council of Canarsie is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit social services agency that has served the Southern Brooklyn community for over two decades. Through its emergency food pantry, the agency distributes kosher groceries to food-insecure seniors, low-income residents, families, and recent immigrants in the Canarsie, Georgetown, and Flatlands neighborhoods. Packs of matzos, cases of grape juice, crates of fresh produce, and freshly-packed meat are among the items prepared for distribution. Beyond food distribution, the agency provides comprehensive case management, information and referral for benefits such as food stamps, Medicare, Medicaid, and housing, as well as immigration and citizenship assistance, meals on wheels, nutrition education, transportation, group and individual counseling, translation services, women's support groups, and home visitations for the elderly.
