Also operates a Health & Hygiene program and a Diaper Program for families with infants, and provides assistance with SNAP and energy benefits applications.

The Center for Food Action has provided emergency food assistance to northern New Jersey neighbors facing food insecurity since 1976. Households living in Bergen County or northern Passaic County can make an appointment to receive a box of non-perishable food, along with fresh produce, meat, dairy, and bread, as available. The Choice Pantry model lets guests choose items with dignity. Diapers, baby formula, and personal care supplies are distributed when available. The organization also connects community members with homelessness prevention, utility assistance, and other essential services, and partners with schools to host emergency food pop-ups across the region.,

Cabrini Immigrant Services operates this food pantry in collaboration with the Church of the Good Shepherd, distributing culturally appropriate grocery packages to approximately 400 families each week. Only one person per household may be an active client at a time, and clients may pick up food every other week. During distribution, staff and volunteers provide information and enrollment assistance for SNAP, ESOL, health insurance, tax preparation, and other community programs.

Pantry services are available to people who live in the immediate neighborhood of 630 Isham Street, New York, NY, 10034. Registration happens on-site. Bring an ID and proof of address until you receive a client card. They only allow one person per household (address) to become a client at a time. If you live with someone who is already a client, they will turn you away. Delivery services are only available for clients who live in Inwood. The program, Inwood Meals-on-Heels, is very limited and is reserved for clients with disabilities or serious health issues. This program is currently full and has a waiting list. The Cabrini Immigrant Services Food Pantry suggests that you bring a cart. Bring an ID and proof of address until you receive a client card. After you receive a client card, bring your client card each time you come. No appointment necessary, but clients cannot pick up a food package two weeks in a row. The Interfaith Food Pantry Network is the largest and most relied upon emergency and supplemental food resource serving Morris County residents in need. Using an innovative Client Choice model, enrolled neighbors are assigned a regular schedule to shop in a marketplace-style setting, choosing from shelf-stable groceries, fresh produce, meats, eggs, dairy, breads, prepared items, baby food, diapers, low-sodium and low-sugar items, and personal care products. Programs include the Margaret A. Darrin Healthy Choices Marketplace, a Free Farmers Market, Emergency Food bags for non-enrolled families in immediate need, motel-ready food bags for those experiencing homelessness, the sun Senior Umbrella Nutrition program with home delivery and supplemental bags, a Friendship Bag program for seniors, a Pantry Partner distribution network backing smaller community pantries, a Healthy Snacks program for partner sites, and on-site nutrition education with cooking demonstrations and recipes offered in English and Spanish.

The Salvation Army Englewood Corps operates a food pantry that distributes groceries to households facing food insecurity. The pantry is open to residents of Englewood, Englewood Cliffs, and Fort Lee, and offers additional social services such as holiday food and gift assistance. Callers should phone ahead to schedule an appointment, and bring a photo ID plus proof of address when they visit. Donation shortages can periodically limit what is available, so availability of specific items should be confirmed by phone.
