Franklin and Delaware County residents do not need a referral. Just visit www.lssfoodpantries.org, register, place an order and make a pickup appointment. Produce-only visits do not need to be scheduled and are available during pantry business hours.
Fairfield County residents call 740-687-0500.
For Caldwell and Southeast Ohio mobile food pantries, call 877-704-3663. Referrals to the mobile pantry can be made one week prior to its visitation date.
Clients must bring ID as well as an ID for every member of their household. For adults, photo IDs (Driver’s License or state ID) are accepted. For children, birth certificates, Social Security cards, insurance cards or school IDs are accepted.
If you do not have internet access or would like to place your order over the phone, please call the Help Desk at 877-LSS-MEAL weekdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Service Description: Provides emergency food assistance, including a three-day supply of food and free daily produce. Donated diapers are available while supplies last and must be picked up with a food box. Eligibility: Must be a resident of zip codes 43222, 43223 or 43215 (west of the river). Individuals are eligible to receive food once every month. Intake Process: Telephone. Walk-in. Documents: Photo ID and a piece of mail to verify residency. Notes: Delivers to homebound, seniors or disabled individuals. Must call (614) 228-2498 to schedule.

Delivery services are very limited and are reserved for senior citizens or those with serious medical problems. If you believe you fall into either category, let us know and we may be able to help you find options.
Every location is different! Please review the details included on each resource to see whether you need to bring any documentation like ID or proof of address, or supplies like bags to carry the food. If you don’t see any information on the resource, you don’t have to bring anything!

Public transportation accessible Service Description: Offers a choice food pantry. Limited supplies of diapers may be available. Eligibility: Households living in zip codes 43203, 43205, 43209, 43213 and 43215 are eligible to receive food assistance once every 30 days. Other Franklin County residents are eligible to receive a temporary assistance package (no meat or milk) once. There are also free farm markets offered for all Franklin County residents in the summer. (Visit website for specific dates.) Intake Process: Curbside or walk-thru (wait in garden for volunteer to come to you). First come, first served. Documents: Photo ID and proof of address.

Make your appointment by calling 211.Sign up at the door and go back to your car. Entrance to the center is not allowed. You will be notified when your food is ready to go behind the center to door at 409 Industry Dr, Columbus, OH 43204 to pick up your food. We will call two cars at a time. You will receive a prepackaged box containing essential food items. We ask that you load your car and return the cart.
