    Charm City Care Connection is a low-barrier harm reduction drop-in center serving people affected by drug use, poverty, and stigma in East Baltimore. The center centers dignity, justice, and respect, with programs developed in partnership with affected community members. It provides syringe access and disposal, safer smoking kits, naloxone, fentanyl test strips, and overdose prevention education. Wound care, hepatitis C and HIV testing and treatment, and buprenorphine services come through partnership with the Baltimore City Health Department.
