    You may contact the agency to find out what days and hours they are doing signup’s at their location. All signups for toys must be done through an agency. No signup’s will be permitted after December 19th.
    PARENTS/CUSTODIAL PARENTS – To Register You Need:

    Driver’s License, State ID or Passport (official photo ID’s only)

    Official documentation with the child’s actual birth date (passport, certified Birth Certificate from Vital Statistics, certified custodial papers, etc.)

    Custodial Parents must bring certified Guardianship or Court Paperwork for each child

    CareSource cards without birth dates will NOT be accepted as proof of age

    Ages 0-12 years old can be registered for toys

    Each child can only be registered ONE time for the Firefighters4Kids Toy Drive

    Register For a Food Box

    You must register in advance to receive a food box. The 2025 online registration link will go live Friday, November 21st. In person registration will be inside the building this year. You can register in person the following days: Tuesday, December 2nd: 12 pm-2 pm. FOOD ONLY. Wednesday, December 3rd: 4 pm-6 pm. FOOD AND TOYS* We will register the first 100 people in line on this date. All others must register on the remaining registration dates. Sunday, December 7th: 10 am-12:30 pm. FOOD AND TOYS* All people in line by 12:30 pm will be served on this date. Tuesday, December 9th: 12 pm-2 pm. FOOD ONLY. **Please note: we will register for toys ONLY on these two days. Toys are provided through Firefighters 4 Kids.
    To receive a food box:

    You must live in Franklin County. You, or the person picking up on your behalf, must arrive during your assigned pick up window. Food will be distributed on the following days: Friday, December 19th Saturday, December 20th Sunday, December 21st Register For Toys: Children ages 0-12 qualify to receive gifts Parent/Guardian*** must have a valid ID Must be a Franklin County Resident Must provide ONE of the following documents: Birth certificate with child’s name & birthday Health Card with child’s name & birthdate School/Health record with child’s name & birthday **Guardians MUST provide custody papers. Original birth records will only be accepted for children under 3 months old. **Toys are distributed through Firefighters 4 Kids

  5. How do I get food?

    You can receive food by visiting the food pantry or soup kitchen when it’s open. Make sure to check each resource page to see details like address, full schedule, and requirements.

  6. Can someone deliver the food to my house?

    Delivery services are very limited and are reserved for senior citizens or those with serious medical problems. If you believe you fall into either category, let us know and we may be able to help you find options.

  7. What do I have to bring?

    Every location is different! Please review the details included on each resource to see whether you need to bring any documentation like ID or proof of address, or supplies like bags to carry the food. If you don’t see any information on the resource, you don’t have to bring anything!

    Franklin and Delaware County residents do not need a referral. Just visit www.lssfoodpantries.org, register, place an order and make a pickup appointment. Produce-only visits do not need to be scheduled and are available during pantry business hours.

    Fairfield County residents call 740-687-0500.

    For Caldwell and Southeast Ohio mobile food pantries, call 877-704-3663. Referrals to the mobile pantry can be made one week prior to its visitation date.

    Clients must bring ID as well as an ID for every member of their household. For adults, photo IDs (Driver’s License or state ID) are accepted. For children, birth certificates, Social Security cards, insurance cards or school IDs are accepted.

    If you do not have internet access or would like to place your order over the phone, please call the Help Desk at 877-LSS-MEAL weekdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
