Eligibility: Must live in zip codes 43016, 43065, 43081, 43085, 43229, 43235 or 43240. Each household may be served twice per month. Resident income must be below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines.

Intake Process: Walk-in & drive up for pick up.

Documents: New clients must provide ID for each member of the household. Photo ID (driver’s license or state ID) for adults. Birth certificates, Social Security cards or school IDs for children. Proof of current address (lease or utility bills received by mail). Clients already registered are expected to provide a photo ID and proof of address at every visit.

Service Description: Offers a weekly food pantry visit via drive-thru. Provides free community clothing closet and furniture on the third Sat. of each month. **Eligibility: All zip codes **Hours: Closed Mon - Fri 1 - 2 p.m. for break Intake Process: No appointment necessary. **Documents: Photo ID and proof of address for adults.

A hot meal is also available every Wed. evening. Can meet special dietary needs such as low sodium, diabetic and religious dietary restrictions. Formula and baby foods may be available.

**Eligibility: Those who live in the zip codes 43214, 43220, 43221, 43229 and 43202. Service frequency is on a case-by-case basis. Will serve those outside of zip codes only once.

Registration for each market begins at 1:00 p.m. in Epworth’s south parking lot. Use the Karl Rd. entrance.
