No signup’s will be permitted after December 19th. PARENTS/CUSTODIAL PARENTS – To Register You Need: Driver’s License, State ID or Passport (official photo ID’s only) Official documentation with the child’s actual birth date (passport, certified Birth Certificate from Vital Statistics, certified custodial papers, etc.) Custodial Parents must bring certified Guardianship or Court Paperwork for each child CareSource cards without birth dates will NOT be accepted as proof of age Ages 0-12 years old can be registered for toys Each child can only be registered ONE time for the Firefighters4Kids Toy Drive

Delivery services are very limited and are reserved for senior citizens or those with serious medical problems. If you believe you fall into either category, let us know and we may be able to help you find options.
Every location is different! Please review the details included on each resource to see whether you need to bring any documentation like ID or proof of address, or supplies like bags to carry the food. If you don’t see any information on the resource, you don’t have to bring anything!

Service Description: Provides emergency food assistance, including a three-day supply of food and free daily produce. Donated diapers are available while supplies last and must be picked up with a food box. Eligibility: Must be a resident of zip codes 43222, 43223 or 43215 (west of the river). Individuals are eligible to receive food once every month. Intake Process: Telephone. Walk-in. Documents: Photo ID and a piece of mail to verify residency. Notes: Delivers to homebound, seniors or disabled individuals. Must call (614) 228-2498 to schedule.
