Men Who Care of Germantown is a grassroots nonprofit community organization committed to uplifting young Black men and restoring safety, opportunity, and pride in the Northwest Philadelphia Germantown community. Its flagship program is a weekly food distribution operated in partnership with SHARE Food Network, providing perishable and non-perishable groceries to anyone in need, plus a specialized Senior Food Box SHARE Program. Beyond food, the organization runs the 'Real Talk' mentorship program in Germantown and East Mt. Airy elementary, middle, and high schools, a scholarship fund for financially challenged Northwest Germantown students, an annual community festival, summer camp, neighborhood cleanups, and other violence-prevention outreach. Volunteers, including members, community residents, students, and faith-based partners, support its operations.
