MUST Ministries' Summer Lunch program provides free meals to children across eight metro Atlanta counties during the summer months when school meal programs are unavailable. Mt Pisgah Baptist Church serves as a drive-thru distribution site in the South Cobb area, distributing over 500,000 meals across the region last summer. Volunteer drivers, riders, checkers, and packers help prepare and distribute lunches. The program also provides Kids' Kits assembled by volunteer groups for children in need. No registration or documentation is required to receive meals.

If the food pantry will be closed, there will be an announcement made outside the pantry 2 weeks before the scheduled closure.

Community food pantry providing free groceries, nutritious meals, and essential household items. Operated by Nicole's House of Hope, a nonprofit that serves individuals facing mental health challenges, substance abuse, and homelessness. The organization also offers emergency shelter with 65 beds, shared transitional and permanent housing, case management, life-skills education (budgeting, cooking, personal hygiene, housekeeping), and community outreach that distributes toiletries, back-to-school supplies, and other necessities through partnerships with the Atlanta Food Bank, Good 360, Children Restoration Network, and Feed the Children. Walk-ins are welcome.

In order to receive food all you need is the following:

Bring Proof of Residency (less than 30 days old) in the form of mail, a rent receipt, or new lease.

Provide your Photo ID

Provide proof of Children that are 17 years and under.

Requires ID for adults and birth certificates for children in the household

St. Luke UMC is a drive-thru distribution site for the MUST Ministries Summer Lunch program, which provides free meal kits to children when school is out for the summer. Each kit includes a week's worth of shelf-stable breakfast items, lunch items, and snacks for one child. The program serves families across multiple metro Atlanta counties including Cobb, Bartow, Cherokee, Douglas, Fulton, Paulding, Pickens, and Gwinnett. Volunteers pack the meal kits and also deliver them directly to neighborhoods for families who cannot visit a drive-thru site. St. Luke UMC is a small community church known as the 'Little Church with a Big Heart,' partnering with MUST Ministries to help feed children in the Mableton area.
