    Alliance for Positive Change's Midtown Central Headquarters primarily serves individuals enrolled in their programs, particularly those with two or more chronic illnesses, HIV, or mental health and substance use issues. They offer extensive social services, including support groups, housing navigation, insurance linkage, job training, cash management, and health homes. A main food pantry distribution is held on the 15th of every month for registered clients. Emergency food is available during operating hours, provided once for first-time non-clients, and ongoing for registered clients. To become a client and access services, walk-ins are welcome for intake Monday through Friday, preferably by 4:00 PM. Please bring an ID and Medicaid card for intake.
