The Friends of St. Martin de Porres Food Pantry at Holy Cross Catholic Church provides client‑choice groceries to individuals and families in need, with volunteers assisting clients in selecting items. The pantry distributes staple, frozen, and refrigerated foods and serves over 2,500 people each month.

Provides supplemental food and personal care items to families and individuals in need in the Greater Atlanta area. Volunteer-driven food distribution operating under the TEFAP program, with curbside/drive-through service and pre-packed boxes/bags available.

Graves Elementary School hosts a monthly food distribution in partnership with the Atlanta Community Food Bank and Volunteer Gwinnett. The market-style pantry allows families to select their own groceries, receiving approximately 40 to 50 pounds of food per visit. Distributions operate on a first-come, first-served basis. The pantry serves the school community, including an estimated 180 to 200 families. The program also connects to a weekend backpack program that sends food home with students on Fridays.

The Latin American Association Gwinnett Outreach Center serves as the Gwinnett County Coordinated Entry Assessment Center, offering walk-in and appointment-based services. They offer food distribution, a clothing closet, hygiene products, and other social services. For the food pantry, appointments are required and clients can receive food once per month. Appointments can be made by calling or visiting the office. Proof of address may be needed for some services.

Community-based pantry providing free groceries and clothing assistance in partnership with the Mount Moriah Church campus; also organizes community wellness events and occasional special food distribution days.

Client‑choice emergency food pantry providing roughly one to two days of groceries per visit. Households may visit multiple times per month. In addition to groceries, NETWorks offers agency referrals and, when available, access to phone, fax, and internet. Fresh produce is supplied in part through NETWorks’ Growings! hydroponic farm. A partner clothing closet (off‑site) provides free clothing.

• Clients must have: * a picture ID for all adults in the household * Birth certificate or SS card for children * A bill, lease, hotel receipt, something in their name verifying their current address within 90 days.
• Only serve the Gwinette side of shared zipcodes

The City of Hope Community Resource Center is operated by the City of Hope Global Missions and Outreach Ministry of Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church. It provides emergency assistance to low-income individuals and families who need help accessing food and clothing, along with resource information and referrals to additional assistance programs.

Rehoboth’s drive-thru / no-contact Food Pantry is open to anyone in need. There will be signs on the property guiding guests to the Food Pantry. The distribution point is the covered breezeway between the Sanctuary and the gym, the buildings closest to Tucker / furthest from I-285.
