    Helping Plates provides weekly free food distributions at Mount of Olives Community Center. Clients receive bags of shelf‑stable groceries and occasional ethnic Haitian food items. Pet food may also be offered. The service is open to all without ID and operates on a first‑come, first‑served basis until supplies are exhausted.

    A volunteer-run community food pantry and soup kitchen operated by the Hyde Park Seventh-day Adventist Church, located in the Function Hall on the lower level of the church building. The pantry serves the Hyde Park neighborhood and greater Boston area, providing groceries to community members in need. The church is part of the 2025 Cohort of the National Fund for Sacred Places and received Community Preservation Act funding to preserve its historic building.
