Bridge Over Troubled Waters helps run-away homeless or rescues ages 14-24 years old. They provide services including street outreach, mobile medical van, education and career programs, counseling, transitional and permanent housing. Ready-to-eat breakfast and lunch meals are offered daily as part of a transitional day program. To access these meals, individuals must enroll in the program through an intake process.
