Families need to complete the 2024-25 school meal & summer EBT application to receive summer benefits ($120 per eligible child)- name spelling, address, etc. all need to be up to date and accurate! Requirements

  • IDENTIFICATION - One of the following for all members applying. License, Passport, Birth Certificate(ONLY FOR KIDS APPLYING).

  • INCOME - One of the following for adults applying. Paystubs (1 month), Letter from employer should include: Name, Phone number, Salary, how many hours.

  • ADDRESS - One of the following. Apartment lease, Letter from landlord, should include: Landlord's name, phone number, how long tenant has been living there, rent amount.

  • BILLS - Copies off: Water, electricity, gas, etc.

  • SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER - For all members who have one and are applying.

  • MIGRATION STATUS - Either Work permitted letter OR Residence card.

  • Requirements

    • Requires ID for adults and birth certificates for children in the household
