Personal Information You Provide to Us
We collect personal information directly from you when you:
- Register for Lemontree. We collect your telephone number so we can provide you with our Services. We only require a telephone number to register, however, you may add your name, address, and photograph to your profile, if you feel comfortable.
- Communicate with us via SMS message or telephone. We collect your telephone number, and any additional information you wish to provide. We use this information to reply to your questions.
- Post on “The Feed.” We use this information to help improve our Services and cultivate our community.
- Register to Volunteer. We collect your name, organization type, and email address when you register to Volunteer. We use this information to communicate with you about joining our community.
- Provide a Donation. If you provide a donation, you will automatically directed to our third party payment processor to provide your financial information and other personal information will be sent from a checkout page hosted on the Site to a third party payment processor. The third party payment processor will process your credit card transaction. We do not retain credit card information. We encourage you to review our third party payment processor’s privacy policy and other terms that govern use of its site and services. We currently utilize Stripe and Paypal in connection with payment processing. If you do not want us (or our service provider) to collect any Personal Information from you, please do not provide it.
