Trusted nonprofit maternal and child health consortium serving the seven counties of South Jersey (Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Salem). Provides case management, perinatal health education, home visiting for first-time parents, Early Intervention service coordination for children with developmental delays, and distributes free diapers to pregnant women and new parents in Camden through the Camden Healthy Start initiative.
