Community Development Services (CDS) is a community-based nonprofit that hosts a free Summer Meals Program for children and teens ages 18 and under, sponsored by Nutritional Development Services (NDS) of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. Breakfast and lunch are provided on weekdays during the summer when school is out. No ID or registration is required for meals. CDS also offers year-round youth programs including after-school tutoring for grades K–8, summer camp, and mentorship [1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10].
