William E. DeLuca Jr. Elementary School in North Babylon hosts a free summer meals site run by the North Babylon Union Free School District as part of the federal USDA Summer Food Service Program. The school cafeteria serves nutritious breakfast and lunch on weekdays throughout the summer so that children in the community have continued access to meals when school is out. Operated by the district's Nutritional Services department, the program welcomes any child in need regardless of household income. Meals are eaten on site in a friendly school environment.

Food pantry at the Economic Opportunity Council of Suffolk's ACE Family Development Center that provides free groceries, including fresh produce, and distributes gently used clothing. It is part of broader community-based services offered by the council.

Distribution in Tiny parking lot. We strongly encourage volunteers to get to this Food Share at 11:50 am to help set up the distribution which starts up at noon. If you're just coming for groceries we recommend that you come closer to noon since there is no benefit in arriving early.

Free summer meals for kids and teens eighteen and younger, with no enrollment, no cost, and no ID required. Operated by Copiague Public Schools as part of the USDA Summer Food Service Program and hosted at the Town of Babylon North Lindenhurst Pool. Children and teens do not need to be students of any particular school to participate, and parents may pick up meals on behalf of their children.

A free USDA Summer Food Service Program site run by Island Harvest Food Bank that serves ready-to-eat evening meals on weekdays to children and teens 18 and younger while school is out. Operated each summer at Wyandanch Park so kids and teens in the community have a place to get a nutritious meal during summer break.

A free USDA Summer Food Service Program meal site run by the Copiague Union Free School District Food Services Department. The site sits on the playground next to Deauville Gardens East Elementary School and serves ready-to-eat meals and snacks outdoors during the summer recess. Families do not need to sign up, show id, or prove income. The program is designed for kids who rely on free school meals during the school year and gives them a convenient place to grab a healthy meal while school is out.
