Closed December 23rd–January 4th for Christmas & New Year’s At 4MyCiTy, our focus is on the importance of environmental sustainability, primarily through the sustainable management of food to reduce organic waste. Our programs not only limit the harmful effects caused by organic waste on our environment but also enhance food security for families within the communities we serve. Additionally, we are committed to fostering economic and personal growth through our 4MyCiTy U! Job training and mentoring program, which equips participants with vital skills in sustainable practices and community service, further strengthening our community’s resilience and self-sufficiency.

Please Note - Our focus is on Environmental Sustainability, 4MyCiTy is not a food bank. We rescue food as part of our sustainability mission and make those rescued resources available to families within our communities.

Requirements: Participate in both the compost and food program. For our compost program, we will provide compost bags. You just have to bring in your compost in the bag.

• They do offer shelf stable food items and toiletries as well as assistance but it’s during school hours they may not answer the phone due to busyness but they are available and willing to help after 9:30am and before 12pm on Mondays

The Lansdowne Interfaith Food Pantry, a program of St. Clement Catholic Church, distributes free groceries to households experiencing food insecurity. Clients receive assistance based on their needs.

Self select including limited frozen meats and some fresh produce as available. On the fourth Friday of the month, milk and eggs.

• In 2023 we will be open Wednesday 11/22 before Thanksgiving, and closed on Friday. We will be open as usual on the Fridays before Christmas and New Years.

• In 2024 we anticipate being open on Wednesday 3/27, and closed on Good Friday, then again, open the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and closed the Friday after.
