    Manna Food operates at USG Lot 2, located near the front of the BSE building. They will set up in the parking lot for distribution.

    Registration & Appointments: Registration is required to receive food assistance. Please call Manna's main office at (301) 424-1130 during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM) to sign up.

    • Important: Your call must be received by 12:00 PM the day before you wish to pick up food to ensure your order is ready.
    • During your call, a referral representative will ask a few simple questions:
      • Are you a Montgomery County resident?
      • Does your household income fall below the level necessary for self-sufficiency?
      • Which day and Manna distribution location is most convenient for you to pick up your food? (Manna operates multiple food distribution sites.)

    Parking Information: Participants may park in either Lot 5 or Lot 2. Please consult the USG Parking Map for detailed directions.

    Food Pickup Requirements: When picking up food, you must present a photo ID showing your current Montgomery County address, or provide another document that proves your current residency in the county.

    Rescheduling Pickups: If you are unable to pick up your food on your scheduled day, you must call Manna to reschedule your pickup.

    The Interfaith Works Food Pantry is a client-choice pantry located within the IW Essential Needs Center, allowing individuals and families to select their own food and diapers in a store-like setting. The pantry primarily serves residents of Rockville and surrounding areas in specific zip codes. Families outside the served zip codes may still access food after completing a monthly Clothing Center appointment. The Essential Needs Center also houses the IW Clothing Center and connects visitors to additional resources and social services. Shopping is by appointment only, scheduled through SignUpGenius links on the Interfaith Works website.

    Provides free groceries via an indoor pantry on weekdays and an outdoor drive-up/walk-up pantry on Saturdays by appointment. Also offers free diapers, a no-cost thrift store with clothing and household items, periodic Gaithersburg pop-up distributions, limited home delivery for homebound clients, and assistance with SNAP/Medicare applications and sign language support. Pantry service is for adults 18+; ID required. Walk-ups also require appointments. Clients must arrive within 15 minutes of appointment time; early arrivals should not block main road.
