  • Complete registration on site.
  • Photo ID for the adults living in the house whole
  • ID for the minors who live in the house whole.
  • Proof of address (current lease or utility bills, government mail, etc.)
  • Proof of income (paystub, SNAP cards, Medicaid cards but it can also be a verbal declaration)

*The Fulton County School Nutrition Program recognizes the vital role that school meals play in combating childhood hunger. To meet the needs of our students & children in the community, the School Nutrition Program will continue to provide nutritious meals across the county as part of its annual Summer Meals Program.

Students attending face-to-face Summer School or Pre-K will be offered free breakfast and lunch meals during their school’s scheduled mealtimes.

The Fulton County School Nutrition Program will also provide meal service for children in the community. Children 18 and under, and those under 21 with special needs, can enjoy a delicious meal daily during the designated times and locations listed below. Meals are FREE for all children in the community. Children do not need to be enrolled in Fulton County Schools to participate.

*Parents/guardians, find additional locations where your child/children can get healthy, daily meals this summer. There are multiple programs that offer summer meals at no cost. Check all these sources to see if there is a meal distribution site in your area. It is recommended to arrive as early as 7:30 a.m. to begin lining up for the 9:00 a.m. distribution.

A ministry of Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church that provides groceries and clothing to individuals and families in need. Food distribution takes place in Miracle Hall. The center also offers monthly food giveaways in partnership with the Atlanta Community Food Bank, as well as referral services and resource information to help navigate additional assistance programs. Clients are served once every 30 days.

• Clients must have: * a picture ID for all adults in the household * Birth certificate or SS card for children * A bill, lease, hotel receipt, something in their name verifying their current address within 90 days.
• Only serve the Gwinette side of shared zipcodes
