    Delivery services are very limited and are reserved for senior citizens or those with serious medical problems. If you believe you fall into either category, let us know and we may be able to help you find options in Central West.

    Catholic Charities, Diocese of Trenton, Mercer County location helps eligible consumers can receive financial assistance with medications and medical supplies needed to maintain health and well-being.

    They also provide individuals and families who live in poverty and are homeless or facing the threat of homelessness with opportunities to develop skills and resources needed to achieve well-being and lead self-sufficient lives. Core components address:

    One of their programs are Rapid Rehousing General Assistance program which provides assistance with the following: money management, credit repair, saving skills, employment support, job referral services, resume review, and job retention.

    Open to anyone 60 years old or older and their spouses (regardless of age), any county resident with a disability whose primary caregiver is a program participant, anyone volunteering in the program, and the personal care aides of program participants (when they accompany a participant to the site where meals are provided). This program encourages participants to make a suggested donation of $1 for their daily meal. Participants must register for the program by calling 609-989-6650. Transportation can be made available, anyone interested can contact the program for details.
