How To Get A Referral: To get a referral please have the following information ready for each person in the household: ▪ First and Last Name ▪ Date of Birth ▪ Phone Number (if available) ▪ Current Address ▪ Gender ▪ Ethnicity ▪ Veteran Status ▪ Receiving Food Stamps/SNAP** ▪ Household Income** ▪ Disability (Y or N) ▪ Email Address (if available) ▪ Date of Pick Up ▪ Preferred Pantry Location and secondary location in case the primary location is at capacity.

The Bulb distribute fresh produce every thursday at 11am

• On-site nurse, prescription assistance, over-the-counter medications.
• Help with obtaining ID, bus passes (for verified work/medical appointment), and more
• Connections to community resources
• First step to emergency shelter and housing

Serve clients once a month. Provides walk-in assistance on a first-come, first-served basis during normal operating hours.
