Free summer meal site operated by Baltimore City Public Schools Food & Nutrition Services as part of the USDA Summer Food Service Program. Located at Windsor Hills Elementary/Middle School in West Baltimore, the program provides no-cost breakfast and lunch to children and teens during summer break so young people can keep getting nutritious meals when school is out. All children 18 and younger are welcome, including those not enrolled at the host school. No application, ID, income proof, or registration is required.
