A Nourish Up community food-access resource serving neighbors in Mecklenburg County who need food assistance.

At this Nourish Up food pantry location, neighbors facing food insecurity pick up a week's worth of nutritionally balanced groceries and, because this is a client-choice pantry, can select items that best fit their household. The pantry also participates in a FEMA gift-card program for clients with supplemental dietary needs; medical providers must call in those referrals on the client's behalf, and each client may receive one referral per calendar year. Clients who do not have a referral from a clergy member, medical provider, school counselor, or government human-services agency can ask Lemontree to provide one.

Dilworth Soup Kitchen serves a free carryout meal on Mondays and Fridays.

Each week, we host outdoor markets full of fresh, nutritious, and absolutely delicious produce. You'll find a rotating mix of seasonal fruits, veggies, herbs, and more. -When you visit, we may ask a few brief (and totally optional) questions.
