The UpCounty Hub is a nonprofit organization serving upper Montgomery County. It provides food assistance and a diaper distribution program, both operating by appointment. Distribution for Manna Food at Montgomery College Germantown Campus is located in Parking Lot 1, next to the Bus Stop. Enter via Route 118/Germantown Road.

To receive food assistance, please call Manna's main office at (301) 424-1130. Calls are accepted Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. You must call by 12:00 PM the day before your desired pickup to ensure your order is ready.

During your call, a referral representative will discuss eligibility and schedule your pickup. They will ask a few questions to confirm:

• You are a Montgomery County resident.
• Your household income meets Manna's eligibility guidelines.
• Your preferred pickup day and location.

When picking up food, please bring:

• A photo ID with your current Montgomery County address, OR
• A document proving current Montgomery County residency.

If you cannot pick up your food on the scheduled day, please call Manna's office to reschedule.

The Upcounty Hub is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in March 2020, dedicated to eliminating food insecurity in upper Montgomery County. In addition to food distribution, they offer a diaper program and other social services like case management for SNAP, housing assistance, and healthcare referrals.

The Mobile Market provides fresh fruits, vegetables, and other foods to MC students, faculty/staff, and No proof of eligibility is required. Food is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The Mobile Market is a partnership between Montgomery College and the Capital Area Food Bank. If you're interested in volunteering with the Mobile Market, please fill out the volunteer form

• Dates: Time: 10 a.m.–noon

• Community members who are interested in receiving food should call 301-793-3321 and leave a voicemail including name, phone number, address, and number of people in the household. A church staff will call back to schedule an appointment.
• Visitors will check in at the reception area and will have the opportunity to make their next appointment.
• Proxies picking up for someone else should have a photo of the id of the individual whom they are picking up for and know his/her phone number.

Pathways is partnering with "SO WHAT ELSE?" to distribute food boxes to those in need in our community.

Every Thursday, from 10a-12Noon, you will see volunteers eager to help load FREE boxes of food into the cars of people who are struggling to feed their families.

Pathways is a distribution site for this extensive effort through "So What Else?" Inc to stamp out hunger in our community.

The Upcounty Hub is a 501(c)(3) organization that provides food and essential items to individuals and families in need in upper Montgomery County, without requiring documentation or proof of need. Founded on the principle of removing barriers and serving with dignity, the Hub serves approximately 1,300 households weekly. In addition to drive-thru food distributions at rotating community locations, the Hub offers social services and SNAP application assistance through its Social Services Division at the Upcounty Regional Services Center in Germantown.
