    The types of meals differ by center and range from grab-and-go to in-person, using a reservation system. Please contact your JASA Older Adult Center (phone number 718.454.6157) before arriving in person. JASA Older Adult Centers will be providing hot daily meals to be eaten on site, if you need a to go meal, some JASA sites will provide you with a Grab and Go meal, as per the Department for the Aging's (DFTA) directives.     The Douglaston Local Development Corporation (DLDC) is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit community organization formed in May 2010. It operates a Little Free Pantry at the Douglaston LIRR Station (converted from a Little Free Library in April 2020) and hosts periodic Community Food Share pop-up distributions in partnership with Zion Episcopal Church, Community Church of Douglaston, and other local organizations. Food box distributions serve community members in need in Douglaston and northeastern Queens. Contact person is Ms. Rebecca Gellos, Executive Director.
