Name, address (any ID acceptable: license or mail w name & address), and number of persons in household/ ages are asked to be included on the card. We do NOT share your personal information on the card with any other agency or entity.

From September through May, Twelve Baskets Food Pantry operates out of the Parish House of All Saints Church, 15 Basking Ridge Road, Millington, NJ. From June through August, Twelve Baskets Food Pantry operates out of the Parish House of First Presbyterian Church, 158 Central Ave, Stirling, NJ.
