    Alliance for Positive Change primarily serves individuals enrolled in their programs, particularly those with two or more chronic illnesses, HIV, or mental health and substance use issues. They offer extensive social services, including support groups, housing navigation, insurance linkage (Medicaid), job training, cash management, and health homes. A main food pantry distribution is held one Wednesday per month for registered clients. Emergency food is available during operating hours, provided once for first-time non-clients, and ongoing for registered clients. To become a client and access services, walk-ins are welcome for intake Monday through Friday, preferably by 4:00 PM. Please bring an ID and Medicaid card for intake. The location is on the 3rd Floor.
