    The JCC of Staten Island operates a Kosher Food Pantry that provides free groceries to families and individuals in need. All food distributed is certified Kosher and Halal. The pantry uses a client-choice model so visitors can select their own items from an extensive, healthy selection. The JCC also helps individuals apply for SNAP (Food Stamps) benefits and offers a digital ordering system through Market by Met Council, allowing clients to order groceries online and pick them up by appointment for greater convenience and confidentiality.
