    POWER House Community Center, operated by Living Classrooms Foundation, is a year-round community hub serving the Perkins Homes neighborhood in South Baltimore.     The Damon Crowdy Foundation operates a free summer meal site as part of its East Baltimore Community Center programming, in partnership with Rebirth Enhancement Services through the Wellness Wonderland Therapeutic Summer Program.
