    Free Philadelphia Parks & Recreation Playstreet that closes the 1800 block of East Clarence Street to car traffic each weekday during summer so neighborhood children have a safe, supervised outdoor place to play with provided equipment, games, and arts-and-crafts. Through the USDA-funded Summer Food Service Program, Parks & Rec provides nutritious daily lunches or snacks on site to children 18 and younger. The program is volunteer-led and run in partnership with community block residents who serve as Playstreet supervisors.
