    Info

Lakeview Adventist Community Food Pantry serves people in need in Jesus’ name and serves communities in Northwest Cobb, Paulding, and Douglas counties. It provides food through client-choice distributions, mobile drive-through distributions, and deliveries to two senior residential apartments. The ministry also supports community-service placements and student service projects. The official pantry page contains older dated material (including January 4, 2024 and a July 4, 2017 article), so those historical statements should not be treated as current schedule data.

    Info

St. Luke UMC is a drive-thru distribution site for the MUST Ministries Summer Lunch program, which provides free meal kits to children when school is out for the summer. Each kit includes a week's worth of shelf-stable breakfast items, lunch items, and snacks for one child. The program serves families across multiple metro Atlanta counties including Cobb, Bartow, Cherokee, Douglas, Fulton, Paulding, Pickens, and Gwinnett. Volunteers pack the meal kits and also deliver them directly to neighborhoods for families who cannot visit a drive-thru site. St. Luke UMC is a small community church known as the 'Little Church with a Big Heart,' partnering with MUST Ministries to help feed children in the Mableton area.
