    Delivery services are very limited and are reserved for senior citizens or those with serious medical problems. If you believe you fall into either category, let us know and we may be able to help you find options in Relay.

    Takes place at Faith Tabernacle Church; main entrance is located on the back parking lot. What do I need to bring to receive assistance? A photo I.D. with current address is requested to speed up the process, but it is not required. If your I.D. does not show your current address, please bring a piece of mail at your first visit so we may enter it into our database. We are conveniently located near bus routes #73 and #29.
