  6. Can someone deliver the food to my house?

    Delivery services are very limited and are reserved for senior citizens or those with serious medical problems. If you believe you fall into either category, let us know and we may be able to help you find options.

  7. What do I have to bring?

    Every location is different! Please review the details included on each resource to see whether you need to bring any documentation like ID or proof of address, or supplies like bags to carry the food. If you don’t see any information on the resource, you don’t have to bring anything!

    Some rules need to be put in place they are as follows:

    1. RESPECT - We expect everyone coming to the pantry to respect the staff and other clients. We would not tolerate anyone being disrespectful or behaving in an unmannerly way, hence, we would ask you to leave. the premises.
    2. TIME - Please be on time for your reservation. If you are ten minutes late or more, you will have. to reschedule.
    3. GIVEAWAYS - Clients from time to time, we do have giveaways. Some of you do not think of others and want to grab everything and go, that has to stop as there is enough for everyone. PLEASE SHARE.
    4. RESERVATION - Please do not call on the day of the pantry asking for a reservation for that day.That will no longer be accepted. Calls must be made at least a week before the appointment. Must leave your name and telephone number and someone will return your call.
    5. PANTRY TELEPHONE - The pantry telephone is a house phone number. Calls are returned after 5:00PM since the food pantry director is not at home during the day.
    6. If you do not have a reservation do not show up at the food pantry, you will not be attended to.

    How to Register (New Registrants):

    1. Visit ( market.metcouncil.org ) to begin. Click “Order Food” and choose “Sign Up”
    2. Register yourself and your household members and wait to hear from your Pantry Manager
    3. Once you hear from your Pantry Manager, log in at market.metcouncil.org and start ordering
    4. Choose a pick-up time during Pantry hours
    5. Check email for confirmation and your receipt How to Place Your Order Using Market:
