    • They distribute food by lottery system you need to register for lottery in first 14 days of month to participate if you will not win the lottery your name will be added in next lottery automatically.

    Their counselors will help you find out if you qualify for SNAP, gather required documents, and submit your application. They will also provide referrals to other programs you may need, like WIC and health insurance.

    You can receive food by visiting the food pantry or soup kitchen when it’s open. Make sure to check each resource page to see details like address, full schedule, and requirements.

  6. Can someone deliver the food to my house?

    Delivery services are very limited and are reserved for senior citizens or those with serious medical problems. If you believe you fall into either category, let us know and we may be able to help you find options in Manhattan.

  7. What do I have to bring?

    Every location is different! Please review the details included on each resource to see whether you need to bring any documentation like ID or proof of address, or supplies like bags to carry the food. If you don’t see any information on the resource, you don’t have to bring anything!

    -Every client need to pre-register on friday from 8am to 12pm to recive food after registration you will receive food.

    • St. Clement's Food Pantry is a pick-up and go bag of groceries
    • The bags are packed by volunteers and given out to registered clients.
    • When clients register they need to give a name but no address, and the number of people in the family. Bags are packed for family of one, two, three, then they are called to pick up the food.
    • Picking up food for someone's behalf is allowed, just bring a photo copy of the ID of the person.
    • The address is 423 W. 46th Street, between 9th and 10th Ave.
    • Thursday schedule is only for registered clients; Friday and Saturday schedule allows new clients to register and pick up food.
