Baltimore City Recreation and Parks (BCRP) hosts a free USDA Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) meal site at Coldstream Recreation Center, providing free, nutritious breakfasts and lunches to children and teens 18 and younger throughout Baltimore City's summer programming window. The program ensures youth in qualifying neighborhoods have access to healthy meals when school meals are unavailable, operated in partnership with the Baltimore City Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD).
