A free summer food service site at Arthur Capper Community Center, operated by the DC Department of Parks and Recreation. Provides no-cost meals and snacks to children and youth 18 and younger through the federal Summer Food Service Program (DC Youth Meals Program). No ID, application, or registration is required. The center also houses a gymnasium, fitness center, tech lab, classrooms, arts and crafts room, game room, senior room, children's pool, and playground as part of its regular recreation programming.
