Provides free meals and snacks to children and teens ages 18 and younger through the DC Youth Meals Program, a federally funded Summer Food Service Program. The site operates out of the Barry Farm Recreation Center, a DC Department of Parks and Recreation facility in southeast Washington that welcomes neighborhood youth. No application, identification, or proof of income is needed to receive a meal. The recreation center also offers a gymnasium, indoor pool, fitness room, computer lab, teen room, and outdoor fields and courts.
