Info
Founded in 1997, the Boro Park Jewish Community Council (BPJCC) serves as a comprehensive social services hub for the Boro Park community. The organization acts as a buffer to poverty, connecting individuals and families with benefit enrollment assistance (SNAP, Medicaid, HEAP, SSI/SSDI), housing support, immigration services, Holocaust survivor assistance, crisis intervention, and senior job placement. BPJCC partners with Met Council to provide kosher food distributions, particularly around Jewish holidays. All services are free and confidential. Clients are encouraged to call or visit the office to schedule an appointment and learn about available assistance.
