Info
This volunteer-run food pantry operates out of the Chinook VFW Hall and provides free groceries to individuals and families in need. It is a partner agency of the Montana Food Bank Network and a TEFAP (The Emergency Food Assistance Program) distribution site, providing USDA commodity foods. The pantry is supported by the Blaine County community: local hunters donate wild game, ranchers donate beef, and the 4-H program creates birthday bags for children of pantry clients. There are no income requirements to receive food. Clients must be Blaine County residents.
