Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education (SNAP-Ed) is a free nutrition education and physical activity promotion program funded by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) for children, youth, and adults who receive or are eligible to receive SNAP benefits. Michigan households who receive food assistance are now able to buy food online from select retailers through amazon.com, walmart.com, earthfare.com, and www.aldi.us using their Bridge Cards.
