HALO Community Outreach (HALO’s Pantry) is a nonprofit food pantry and mobile distribution program serving Logan County residents. The pantry provides groceries including fresh produce and eggs from its local farm and partners with the Food Bank of the Rockies to operate programs for seniors and children. HALO also supports pet owners with pet food and seasonally provides basic clothing and survival gear through its Cold Weather Rescue program. Proof of residence is required to qualify; ID and registration are needed at distributions for new applicants.
