Hampstead Hill Academy is a Baltimore City public charter school serving as a Maryland Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) site. During summer break the school opens its cafeteria to the community to distribute free, ready-to-eat breakfast and lunch to children and teens. Open sites such as this one welcome any child in the eligible age range without requiring school enrollment, ID, or proof of income.
