ISKCON Baltimore provides free vegetarian hot meals (prasadam) to the public. Weekday meals are distributed as scheduled to‑go pickups, and a free in‑person vegetarian feast is offered on Sundays after the temple program. Through its Hunger Free Zone initiative, the temple also distributes free vegan meals across Baltimore City via a mobile food truck.
