Lasagna Love

Lasagna Love is a global nonprofit and grassroots movement that connects volunteer cooks with individuals and families who need a homemade meal. Volunteers prepare and deliver a free home-cooked lasagna or main dish directly to your home. The service is available to anyone in need — there are no income requirements or qualifications, and need is defined broadly to include financial hardship, emotional overwhelm, medical issues, or any other difficulty. After signing up online, you are matched with a local volunteer who will coordinate a delivery time with you. Fulfillment times vary by location and can take several weeks depending on volunteer availability in your area. You can also nominate a friend or family member to receive a meal. The service operates in the United States, Canada, and Australia. IMPORTANT: There is no phone number to request a meal — the only way to sign up is through the online form at lasagnalove.org/request-a-meal/. If you do not have internet access, ask a friend, family member, or a local community organization (library, church, community center) to help you submit the online request.
