The Dover Office of the Morris County Office of Temporary Assistance distributes a one-time emergency food bag to community members who are either currently receiving services from the county or seeking aid from the Office of Temporary Assistance. As part of Morris County's Department of Human Services, the office co-locates the emergency food program alongside other assistance programs such as SNAP applications, Medicaid, TANF and cash assistance, and refugee resettlement support.
